We collect the Personal Information you knowingly and voluntarily provide (about yourself and others) when you use the Site, for example, the information you provide on the Site for us to contact you, such as your name, address, phone number and email address.
Information Provided by Others
We may periodically supplement the information you give us with information from third parties, including data brokers. For example, we may supplement your profile with demographic and preference information that is supplied to us for each zip code in our database. By supplementing your profile, we are better able to provide product recommendations and offers that will be of interest to you.
Information Sent to Us by Your Web Browser
We may collect information that is sent to us automatically by your web browser. This information typically includes your IP address, the address of the web page you were visiting when you accessed a Site, the name of your operating system, the name and version of your browser, and the date and time of your visit. The information provided by your browser does not identify you personally. We may use this non-personal information primarily to help us improve the Site. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
If you sign up to receive information, become a customer of Sparkles & Spikes, and/or enroll and participate in any program offered by Sparkles & Spikes we will use the personal information you have provided to deliver information to you, and for other communications from Sparkles & Spikes. Any information that we collect from you may also be used to fulfill any requests or orders from you and/or to administer any programs offered.
With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?
All Personal Information collected on or through the Site will be owned by Sparkles & Spikes. We do not share your Personal Information with any third parties, except in the following circumstances:
We may share Personal Information collected through the Site with companies and organizations that perform services on our behalf; for example, companies that provide support services to us (such as credit card processing services, data storage services, and web hosting services), or that help us market our products and services or process your requests. We only provide these third parties with the information necessary or helpful for them to provide these services on our behalf. These third parties are required to use the Personal Information we share with them only to perform services on our behalf, to use reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information involved, and to treat your Personal Information as strictly confidential.

Your Choices/Changing Your Information
We respect your right to make choices about the ways we collect, use and disclose your Personal Information. We generally ask you to indicate your choices at the time and on the page where you provide your Personal Information. You may update your choices, or modify any of your Personal Information, by emailing us at: email@example.com. If you ask us to correct, update, delete your Personal Information, or to stop sending messages to you, you must give us enough information so that we can locate you in our databases and you understand it may take several days (or longer) for Sparkles & Spikes to process your request. We will be able to discontinue sending you e-mail messages, and in some cases will also be able to honor requests to delete information, but you should be aware that there may be circumstances under which we are not able to delete from our (or others’) system all of the Personal Information you have supplied.
Links to Other Site Operated by Third Parties
Although the hair salon we operate are primarily directed towards providing services to children, our Site is not directed at nor targeted to children under the age of 13. We do not use the Site to knowingly solicit Personal Information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, do not provide us with any Personal Information. If we learn that someone under 13 has provided Personal Information to the Site, we will use reasonable efforts to remove such information from our databases. Parents and legal guardians may provide user content on behalf of their children under 13 and may permit their child under 13 to view the Site if actively supervised by the child’s parent or legal guardian.
Processing in the United States
Please be aware that your Personal Information may be transferred to and maintained on servers or databases located outside your state, province, or country. If you are located outside of the United States, please be advised that we process and store all information in the United States. The laws in the United States may not be as protective of your privacy as those in your location. By using the Site, you agree that the collection, use, transfer, and disclosure of your Personal Information will be governed by the applicable laws in the United States.

CCPA Rights Requests
Right to Know and Right to Deletion
You can request what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold in the preceding 12 months.
You can also request that we delete your personal information. We may not delete all of your personal information if one of the following exceptions applies:
Transactional: to complete a transaction for which the personal information was collected, provide a good or service requested by you, or perform a contract we have with you;
Security: to detect data security incidents;
Error Correction: to debug or repair any errors;
Legal: to protect against fraud or illegal activity or to comply with applicable law or a legal obligation, or exercise rights under the law, such as the right to free speech; or
Internal Use: to use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information (i.e. to improve our services).

In order to verify your identity, you will need to provide at least three of the following pieces of your information: name, telephone number, e-mail address, mailing address, and last transaction amount. We will match this information to the information on our systems. For an online request to delete, we will also send you a second verification to confirm that you want your information to be deleted. In order to designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf you must provide the authorized agent with written permission to do so, and your authorized agent must submit that written proof at the time they make the request on your behalf. If you wish to make multiple requests under this section, we recommend sending the deletion request last, as we will not be able to fulfill your other requests once we have deleted your information. We will maintain a record of your request to know or request to delete.
We do not sell your Personal Information
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA Rights and we will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide you with a lesser quality of goods or services if you exercise any of your CCPA Rights.
How Do We Protect Your Personal Information?
We are very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your Personal Information. We employ reasonable administrative, physical and technological measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. Unfortunately, no web site, server or database is completely secure or “hacker proof.” As a result, while we strive to protect information transmitted on or through the Site, we cannot and do not guarantee the security of any information you provide on or through the Site and that your Personal Information will not be disclosed, misused or lost by accident or by the unauthorized acts of others.
