📅 Appointments & Booking

 • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

 • All bookings must be confirmed by the salon via text or call.

 

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling

 • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.

 • For no-shows or late cancellations, clients are required to pay 50% of the service fee.

 

⏰ Late Arrivals

 • We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.

 • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled, and we will proceed with the next client.

 

👶 Children’s Services

 • If a child is unable to cooperate, cries excessively, or cannot complete the haircut, a 50% service fee will still apply, as the stylist’s time has been reserved.

 • A parent or guardian must be present during all children’s services.

 

💳 Payments

 • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved electronic payment methods.

 • Please note: Service fees are non-refundable once completed.

 

🧼 Health & Safety

 • Our salon follows strict sanitation protocols and uses sterilized tools and disinfected equipment for every client.

 • Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions before your service begins.

 • For health and safety reasons, services may be refused if a client shows signs of contagious conditions (such as fever or lice).

 

🤝 Respect & Conduct

 • We value mutual respect between clients and staff.

 • The salon reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client displays inappropriate behavior.

 

📸 Photo & Media

 • We may occasionally take photos or videos of services and hairstyles at the salon.

 • These images will only be shared on our official platforms (website, Instagram, and social media) with the client’s or parent’s consent (for children).

 • Clients have the right to decline, and we will fully respect their privacy.

 • Personal photography or video recording inside the salon must be done with permission and without disturbing other clients.

 

✅ Service Guarantee

 • We strive to ensure client satisfaction.

 • If you are not satisfied, you may return within 3 days for minor adjustments at no additional cost.

 • Refunds are not available.

 

🐾 Pets

 • For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not permitted inside the salon.

 

🎒 Personal Belongings

 • The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

 

🛍️ Retail Products

 • Products can only be returned or exchanged if unopened and within 7 days of purchase.
