Messages that work for your family
Email & text preferences.
Appointment updates and optional salon news serve different purposes. Here is how to ask about the messages you receive.

Change a message preference
Use the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions in the email or text you received. Keep the sender and date if you need help. An adult can ask management a preference or privacy question through Contact, without including private child details.
You can separately review optional website analytics on the cookies page. That browser choice does not control emails, texts or booking reminders.
Appointment updates and optional news
Appointment or service messages are separate from offers, events and product news. Email and text preferences should also be separate. Browsing, opening a booking link, asking a question or allowing analytics does not give permission for marketing.
A family's private child information or photos do not automatically give permission to personalize messages. Booking remains available without signing up for optional news.
Your existing booking messages
Both salons use STX for booking. Its appointment messages and preferences are managed separately. A website preference does not automatically stop a message from another service.
For help with an appointment message, use the instructions in that message or contact your salon through Locations.
When website message controls open
New controls must clearly identify the sender, message type and channel, and explain when a change has taken effect. The privacy draft explains the information choices being reviewed.
