Your message is stored privately for authorized management review. It does not change an appointment or send an email. Contact records have a 90-day expiry target; final retention and backup arrangements still need approval.

With your permission, the website records page visits and clicks on booking, phone and directions links. Records include the page, salon where relevant, time and a coded session reference. They do not include your contact-form message. Opening a booking link does not mean an appointment was completed.

Choose Only essential to decline optional tracking, or review your choice on the cookies page. Changing your choice stops new optional records; it does not automatically erase earlier ones. Analytics records have a 90-day cleanup target, subject to final approval.

A website account is optional for booking. Family Hub and staff have separate sign-in pages, with the available methods shown there. Account records support your profile, preferences, saved items, permissions and security. Staff can use only the tools and records their role allows.

Ginger keeps a private conversation history for your session. Guest chats expire within 24 hours; signed-in parents can choose a longer history, up to 30 days, or clear it sooner. The temporary hairstyle preview keeps photos and hairstyle wishes outside chat and analytics. Source and review permission expire within 10 minutes; source and result photos are not saved in the website's photo library or database. Save a received result on your device before leaving.

Read the effective photo preview notice before choosing private processing. The older 24-hour Family Hub photo library is separate; new uploads and processing there remain closed. Account, chat, security-record and backup retention still need final approval.

Booking opens STX, the salon's separate appointment service, with its own privacy choices and notices. Review the details there before confirming. Other linked platforms also apply their own terms.

Public Instagram posts load from Instagram directly in this website. Instagram receives browser network information when its posts load and may use its own cookies or storage. The website's optional analytics choice does not control these Instagram posts.

Cloudflare hosts this website and supports its storage, AI helper and temporary photo processing. With your specific photo permission, Cloudflare Images prepares the image and Workers AI performs content screening, available style suggestions and editing using the processors identified in the photo preview notice. The preview page shows current availability and never sends a photo while processing is unavailable.

Cloudflare's AI data-use terms state that it does not train models or improve services with your inputs or outputs without explicit consent. Photo preview permission does not grant that training consent. Its data processing terms and applicable model terms also apply. We do not promise a particular processing country, zero provider retention or instant removal from every provider system. The final general notice still needs a complete provider and transfer review.
