1. Start with the right salon
Moorpark in Thousand Oaks and Oak Park have separate booking pages. Check the salon, service, date and time on the booking page before you submit. Opening a booking link on this website does not confirm an appointment.
Follow the confirmation instructions shown during booking. Call the salon if you are unsure whether your appointment is confirmed.
2. Changes, cancellation and attendance
If your plans change, follow the instructions with your appointment confirmation or call the salon that holds it. The website contact form cannot change or cancel an appointment.
Ask about notice requirements, late arrival, missed appointments or a charge you do not understand. These terms can differ by salon and are not set by this draft.
3. Planning a child's visit
A parent or guardian can call the chosen salon before booking to discuss a child's comfort, communication preferences or questions about the visit. Please share only what is needed for that conversation; do not send private information about a child through the general website contact form.
Ask the salon about guardian supervision, preparation and any visit adjustments it can offer. A particular accommodation or specialist service must be discussed with that team.
4. Payment and adjustments
Review any price and payment information shown on the booking page, and call your salon before booking if a term is unclear. Prices and terms can differ by service or location.
