A visit that considers your child
Child visits.
Talk with your chosen salon about what helps your child feel comfortable before booking.

Before the visit
Call the salon to discuss what has helped at past haircuts: a familiar item, a preferred way to explain each step, a short break or a sound your child finds difficult. The team can explain the appointment choices actually available.
Share only what is useful for planning. Keep a child's medical history, diagnosis and photos out of the general website contact form. Our special needs page offers ideas for that conversation.
During the haircut
If your child needs a pause or the visit is not going as expected, speak with the stylist and ask what is possible. Continuing may depend on the child's comfort and whether the service can be carried out safely. A website page cannot guarantee a particular technique, chair or stylist.
Ask your salon about guardian participation, service limits and any changes or charges. The proposed booking terms do not set final rules.
Privacy and photos
Discuss sensitive needs directly with the salon before sending information. Its final procedure for recording and keeping those details remains under review. A booking or conversation about your child's needs is not blanket permission to take or publish a photo.
See Photos & sharing for the separate photo choices.
A concern about a visit
Call the salon directly about a current or upcoming visit. For a general question for management, use Contact. The final written escalation and incident procedures remain subject to approval.
